These Terms of Service govern the use of atelieruldeparfum.ro and the contractual relationship between you, as a user/customer, and Atelierul de Parfum. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By accessing and using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to modify these terms, with changes taking effect upon publication.
Product images are illustrative. We strive to display accurate product information, but minor differences in shade or packaging may occur. Prices are displayed in lei (RON), include VAT, and may change without notice. The valid price is the one displayed at order placement.
An order is considered accepted after confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or incorrect data. Order confirmations contain all transaction details.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified providers. Card data is not stored on our servers.
Delivery is made within Romania in 2-5 business days via express courier. Delivery is free for orders over 500 lei; below this amount the courier rate applies. For international delivery please contact us directly.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the product.
All products are 100% original and covered by warranty in accordance with applicable law. In case of defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
All elements on this site (logo, design, texts, images) are the property of Atelierul de Parfum and are protected by copyright laws. Use without written consent is prohibited.
Atelierul de Parfum cannot be held liable for temporary site interruptions, technical errors, or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
