In-store pickup
Customers who prefer a personal experience can choose to collect their order from the shop. Products reserved online can be collected only once their availability and the preparation of the order have been confirmed.
Returns
Returns are accepted under the applicable law for eligible products that are unopened, sealed and kept in their original packaging. To start a return, customers must first contact our team so the conditions can be checked and the next steps explained.

On request, products can be prepared as a gift, with elegant wrapping and careful presentation for special occasions. Availability of this service can vary depending on the product and the order.
